There’s a wide range of places you want to go. That’s why we made HTRAC All Wheel Drive standard on TUCSON Hybrid. And you’ll have more fun getting there, thanks to it’s e-Handling technology, which combines the Traction Control System and hybrid electric motor to give you tight cornering performance. Power-wise, the potent 1.6L turbo engine, teamed up with a hybrid electric motor, is especially nice for drivers who really love having that extra oomph.
It’s no surprise TUCSON Hybrid has rugged SUV capabilities. We also gave it an amazing 38 combined MPG—all powered by a combined 226 hp from the turbo engine and electric motor. And it’s got hands-free smart liftgate to make your journeys easier.
We want you to be confident in what we make—especially our high-capacity lithium-ion polymer battery system. Which is why it’s guaranteed for 10 years/100,000 miles.
An available skylight opens up the spacious interior with light and fresh air.
A longer TUCSON Hybrid means more room for your backseat passengers to stretch their legs.
TUCSON Hybrid brings intuitive control with an available 10.25-inch touchscreen navigations with standard CarPlay® or Android Auto™.
We removed the hood above the available 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster to open up the interior for a clearer line of sight.
If your Hyundai detects a vehicle in your blind spot while your turning signal's on, it will automatically apply the left or right front brake to minimize the potential for collision.
As the engine is turned off, a visual warning in the instrument cluster reminds you to check the rear seats before exiting. Additionally, overhead ultrasonic sensors monitor the backseat area to minimize the risk of a child or pet accidentally being left inside after the vehicle is parked and locked. If sensors detect movement, the horn will honk, lights will flash and your smartphone will receive an alert through Bluelink®.
When you're reversing out of a parking spot, you'll get an audio warning when sensors detect a potential collision. It will even lightly apply brakes if necessary.
Constantly turning your high beams off and on can be a hassle, which is why this thoughtful feature automatically does it for you. It can detect oncoming vehicles and also when they’re no longer there, toggling between high and low beams accordingly.
